In which suburbs does iClean operate?
We service clients throughout Melbourne’s south, east, north and western suburbs. In regional Victoria we have clients in Geelong and Bendigo. We do not operate interstate but we’re happy to help you find a like-minded cleaning company anywhere in Australia.
Are you able to provide one-off cleaning?
The standard contract term is 12 months with a 30 days’ notice for termination. We invest a lot of time and resources into mobilising new contracts such as recruitment and training of cleaners to ensure they are operating at the standard we expect and that’s why we don’t do ad hoc or casual cleaning jobs.
Can you help me to create the Scope of Works?
Absolutely! We have developed a cleaning template to get you started which you can download here. We have over 20 years’ experience in the cleaning industry and have saved clients $1,000’s of dollars by making a few simple revisions to their scope of works.
Do you clean venetian blinds?
We do offer a blind cleaning service and this is available without the need to sign a contract.
Is the cleaning team security vetted?
Yes, all iClean staff are security vetted and reference checked.
What is the benefit of outsourcing cleaning?
The main benefit of outsourcing as opposed to in-house cleaning is the peace of mind you’ll obtain in knowing that your cleaners are receiving on-going training in regards to best practice and that they working with the latest equipment and cleaning products.
Do you have a customer service portal?
We’ve done away with old communication books and replaced them with a customer service portal. We’re a customer-centric company and we also provide our clients with a dedicated Account Manager as well. If you wish to raise a concern or request extra services then it’s your choice to use the portal or contact your Account Manager.
Do you provide landscaping services?
We do have an affiliation with a landscape gardening provider in Melbourne and we can bundle this service into your contract if required.
Do you use any advanced equipment?
We utilise the latest equipment and modern technology to create efficient working systems that save our customers money.
How long does it take to onboard with iClean’s cleaning service?
Once we have agreed on your requirements, we will provide you with a full onboarding plan which normally takes between 3-4 weeks.
Is there a way to measure the cleaner’s performance?
We audit our cleaners every day and provide clients with an in-depth report each month on what areas our cleaners have been performing well in and any additional areas of focus.
